We are using the Cloud Version of JIRA. I am trying to import issues from a CSV file. I am able to import issues with basic fields. However in the import mapping I am not able to find mappings for Story Points and Estimates in the drop downs.

How can I accomplish this?

I am facing the same problem.  Were you able to solve this?

I have the same problem. Despite I have admin rights, I'm unable to import Estimate or Story points values. Is this supported by JIRA Cloud?

Yes, it is, you just need to map the field in the import settings.

If you have admin rights in JIRA Cloud, you should be able to import issues from CSV by going to:

JIRA Administration (i.e. Cog icon) > System > External System Import > CSV
