Import Issues Option not available

Suddenly "Import Issues from CSV" option is not available in our JIRA Instance. Could you please help ?

You need the right add-on and permissions - please check that first.

You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
