Import comment field is missing

Hi,

I am trying to import issues in to JIRA 6.4 and I cannot seem to find the comments field in the Map Fields dropdown. All other default and custom fields are available

How do I enable this field so its available when mapping?

Hi Abyakta,

You may have misunderstood me, the JIRA Comment field is not available on the Map Fields window.

if you are importing via CSV then in your column comments should be like this 

key | issueType | summary |description | comment |comment| comment | etc ......

This way you can map the comment CSV to Comments in JIRA and it will import all the comments .
