Import comment restrictions through External CSV import

Hi All,

I need help on how to import comment restrictions(visibility) through external CSV import.

I am importing tickets and comments through CSV in my project, I am able to import Original comment timestamp and original commenter through below syntax in my CSV.

02/Jan/12 10:36 AM; firstname.lastname; This is a comment

I also need to set the visibility of these comments to a particular project role .

How it can be done through CSV import or any other way...?
