Hi I'm trying to import some projects from Jira cloud to server. Currently I set up a new jira instance so I could Import existing data from a cloud backup. The problem is after the import I can't login. I may have missed something or there may be some way around it but there is no way for me to login. The cloud backup doesn't have any users that aren't connected through google so after the migration there seems to be no way to login. I'm guessing one way arround it is to make an admin user that isn't connected to a google acount then do the backup import process. If that's the case can you reload the backup counter on the cloud so I can make another backup.
