Importing Tickets

It appears from the documenation On-Demand only supports importing from another instance of JIRA. I don't have a local instance, that's why we purchased On-Demand. This seems like a limitation not to be able to import from a simple CSV. Is this correct? Is there any workarounds?

Actually, the newest JIRA OnDemand should already offer CSV (and a few more non-DB-based) import functionality for end customers (with admin accounts).
