I have been uploading timelots to JIRA for years now and suddenly it has stopped working.
I upload my CSV file with worklogs, select template csv to map fields, click import and make sure no errors arise.
I wait 1hr to be sure then I run TEMPO report for timeframe I added worklogs for... no luck!
Any ideas?
This seems to have returned as an issue as of 31/Aug/2020. Can someone help please?
@Susanne Götz _Tempo_ Hi, this issues seems to have returned. I am trying to import timelogs using my standard practice for years now and it is not showing up in TEMPO.

When importing worklogs via csv, you are importing to the JIRA database. They are then synced to the Tempo database so they can be displayed in Tempo views. This sync can take some time, depending on the number of worklogs that were imported.
In case the worklogs are still not visible in Tempo, can you please create a ticket in our Tempo Support sytem, https://tempo-io.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/6, so we can better investigate this
Best regards,
