Importing from Youtrack

Hi,

We're currently considering moving from jetbranis youtrack self hosted to JIRA OnDemand. Is there any way to migrate our Projects, issues and users from Youtrack to Jira on demand?

There's no direct way to do it, but if you can migrate the data into an evaluation JIRA installation, you can use an export from that to import into OnDemand. See http://confluence.atlassian.com/display/AOD/Importing+Issues for more details.

Thanks Michael, I guess we could have exported to CSV, massage the data and follow your process. We got impatient and moved on to manually entering outstanding issues and discarding old resolved ones for now.
