Dear Community,
I want to complete sprint but button is not available.
I have checked board source project's permission scheme.
In Manage Sprint and Start/Complete Sprint users are added (they have administrator role in project).
BUT board source project is Service Management project.
P.S. I as Jira admin have available button to complete sprint.
Please help me to understand the issue.
Hi @Andranik Ghalechyan It seems that Sprint is overdue ( currentDate > Sprint End Date ) that's user not getting option to Complete sprint. Kindly check Sprint End Date.
Exactly, check all the subtasks. If a child isn't finished you won't be able to complete the sprint.

I have checked.
But as Jira Admin I have permission to complete. Other users can not.

You can have permissions in spades, but if the sprint items are not completely done (including the sub-tasks), you're not allowed to stop the sprint. This is by design.
