Upon creating a ticket I have been using the Improve description feature. For the last few days after we switched to using the new Jira dashboard layout, when I click Improve description, it starts to run then vanishes.
Not sure what else to do. Tried logging out and back in. No help.
Any ideas how to fix this?

We had an issue last week where in description field was not loading or its contents were not loading. I suspect due to the same this issue occurred for you
Could you please check now?
This should load now and work for you
But if there is as an issue as John shared the link, please reach out to support so that team can further check this

I would suggest you go ahead and open a support ticket with Atlassian to see if this is some type of bug. In the meantime, if someone from the Community has an answer they can propose that. Please post any resolution from support back here for future readers.
