In Jira, Is it possible to limit editing the reporter field to automation?

When manually editing a Jira ticket for reporter, we dont want the user to be able to choose automation as the reporter.

If the automation User has Create Issues project permission in the project, and the client User has Modify Reporter project permission and User Picker global permission, they can select the automation account.

There's no way to intentionally filter out accounts from this scenario either than adjusting the items mentioned above.
