In Jira Nex-gen project, where is the option to enable multiple sprints at one time?

In Classic software we are able to start parallel sprints

Yet I don't see the option on Next-gen

It allows me to create multiple sprints but not start them at same time

That feature is not available for Team Managed (next gen) projects. Refer to:
