In advanced roadmaps for jira, when I press the review changes number, nothing appears.

Hello,

We are using advanced roadmaps for jira.
The review changes icon shows a number (cap1.png).

However, when we press the icon and look at the review changes popup screen, nothing is shown (cap2.png).

We have looked at the jira logs and can't figure out why.
Could you please give us some advice to help us investigate?
I would appreciate help if anyone else has experienced a similar event.

Hi @NRISupportRequest welcome to the community!

I've experienced a similar situation (but I didn't check my Jira logs). I later found out that another team member had reviewed and saved changes (a few seconds before me), so I didn't see anything in the review changes. Having multiple people update the advanced roadmap is still a bit tricky for me (or my team).

Additionally, I found a community post similar to your situation. Perhaps you can try to upgrade your advanced roadmaps to the latest version as well?
