In backlog View Active sprint issues are not visible but able see in Active Sprint

Hi Team,

User is able to see issue in Active Sprint but in backlog View Active sprint issues are not visible.

Verified the user has"manage Sprint Permission" and schedule issue Permission.

But Jira Admin able to see those active sprint issue in Backlog view.

Could some one help me on this.

It would be useful if you add some screenshots to your question. I would advise you re-check board settings (from three dot icon in the upper right corner in backlog view) and go through all the settings.
