In comment @ email address not visible

when ever we are commenting or updating the issue, If i type "@" it will suggest email address.

But, that @email address option not visible.

how to enbale that option in our org

Hi Siva,

Can you explain a bit further about what you mean when you say the email address option is not visible?  When you type the @ symbol and it comes up with options what do you see?  A screenshot would be helpful and we can go from there.

Hello Branden,

If I type @ symbol, we did not get any option, even if i type full name of user also did not get anything.

The user already present in respective project group.
