In paid version of jira, does each plugin have separate cost

If i purchase jira, does for each plugin I have to separately pay per month?

or if I purchase paid version, plugins are free or yearly charge?

JIRA Server: You have perpetual licenses, so you pay to buy a license and if you need to upgrade and license is older than 1 year, you will have to renew it.

JIRA Cloud: You pay each month for the payed plugins.
