Is there any way to change a user e-mail with Admin account?

I have the current cenario, the user lost his jira password and the email no longer work so the "RESET PASSWORD EMAIL" doesn't work.

I need to change his email first and after that use the reset option.

Hi @Gastão Silva Neto ,

In Cloud, having a verified domain and being the organization admin, you can edit the details of a managed account as documented in the below pages:

 

Otherwise:

  • If you do have a verified domain but are not the org admin, please get in touch with the organization administrator to have the email of the user changed
  • If none of the above is applicable in your case, you may want to open a support request by going to: https://support.atlassian.com/contact
