So we have this user that was inactive and deleted over a year ago, yet he's still visible as user to filter on Kanban board, even though he has 0 issues... what can we do to throw him out of that user filter?
Turns out after the weekend, user has disappeared... strange. Closing.

I think you should just delete a Quick Filter associated with this user.

It did not, there were only two quick filters, for My Issues and Recently Updated, I changed board Filter as well to fresh one, no hope.
