Includes issue(s) currently hidden by a Quick Filter or the Instant Filter

Hello, 

I m unable to start a sprint due to "Includes issue(s) currently hidden by a Quick Filter or the Instant Filter" 

and an error message "You can't start this sprint because one of the sprints is already active. You can only have one active sprint at a time." 

I completed the sprint and I have no data in "active sprint" for this project. 

do you know how can I fix that?

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

Check the filter that the board is using to make sure you do not have issues that spans multiple projects. Also check the issues that are included in the sprint you are trying to start that they are not part of another sprint in another project that is currently active.

Commenting as I have the same problem. 

In addition, the backlog says 53 issues but when I want to start new sprint it says 65 issues. Any guides on to resolve this will be really helpful. Thanks
