Several external vendors will reply to a support ticket by email, however, when the email content is displayed in the support ticket, the text formatting changes to white font on white background. You have to highlight the text with your mouse in order to read it. I did confirm that there is no special formatting in the original external email - the vendor forwarded the email directly to me.
I have read on other posts that Jira has trouble with HTML formatting in emails but I haven't seen this specific issue addressed. I have also seen open tickets with Jira to resolve the external email formatting issues but these tickets are years old and doesn't look like there was any resolution.
Has anyone else experienced a similar issue? Is there a possible work around?

When receiving mails from Microsoft. Jira seems to have trouble showing the right format, while Outlook and Zendesk (for example) show a normal (readable) format.
Strange that a product like has trouble reading a simple email.
