It recently came to my attention that the Jira UI I see is somewhat different from the UI my manager sees. Apparently, there was some sort of "new UI" that was rolled out a few years back. Recipe provided there is no longer relevant, i.e. there is no "New Jira Issue View". Moreover, I failed to found any UI-related settings.
So, in effect, my manager has access to a number of UI features (different filtering fields, for example), that I don't have access to. This presents a problem since I can't perform my duties when it comes to modifying such UI elements.
How can this be resolved?
