Incorrectly set Issue status and cannot reset

I incorrectly set an issue status from In Progress to Done and cannot reset it back.  Is there a simple way of resetting/undoing?

Hi Kim ,

If you can not set it back to In Progress , it is more than likely your workflow . There has to be a transition from Done to in Progress on the workflow.

As mentioned by @Chris Scheepers it is more likely with the workflow...in this case, you can contact your Jira administrator and ask them to a backward transition from Done to in Progress state, so you'll have the new transition using which you can reset it to progress state.

Note: Please make sure the resolution is set to unresolved on the backword transition.
