Indiscernable Captcha

[Yao Ding]

I came across these Captchas when creating a new account.   

Anyone had the same problem?  Can this be configured in some way?

That is weird!

Are you an external user trying to sign up? If it is the case it has to be mentioned to the JIRA Admin so that they can check their JIRA settings or the logs.
