Initiative Level Not Getting Properly Displayed in the List View

Hello,
I have created an initiative above epic level, so right now I have initiative --> epic --> Story--> subtask. It is working fine in the advanced roadmap view. But in the List View epics are getting duplicated and not getting displayed in the proper format.
Below is the Advanced RoadMap View which is perfect.
Below is the List View, where duplicates epics got created.
