Insert comment from emails

Dear support,

We are struggling with our email integration on our issues, we have been looking on support forum and tutorials but we are not able to get the outcome we are expecting. we would like to insert as a comment on a specific issue de email interactions with our costumers. we were looking for a :

"##- Please type your reply above this line -##"

model, and we are using google email for this , but the working attempts we have done , resulted on a loads of trash inserted on the issue , or a decontrolled creation of new issues.. so we have no clue of how to make this work on our JIRA server.

If you have tried these actions without success, you may want to work with your instance admin to submit a support ticket.
