Inserting new issue with rank after specific issue in Greenhopper kanban board

I'm using the greenhopper kanban board, and when I create a new issue it always ends up at the bottom. In the previous version of greenhopper with the task board, it would insert after whatever issue you were highlighed on. Is there any way to not insert an issue at the bottom, rather after a specific issue?

While I guess that is not possible, sending the story back to the top using the keyboard shortcut s+t may help you to manage the board better.
