After upgrade Jira Software 8.6.0 to 8.20.2, we found that there is an application JIRA Insight is not available for management, and not visible for choose in header panel.
At the same time we upgraded Insight to version 8.9.4, but nothing happend
Can you see Insight in the Manage Apps page of your Jira, and if it's disabled, when you try and enable it, is anything shown in the application logs?

Thanks for your feedback.
In the Manage Apps Insight plugin is enable now. If it necessary, I can disable, then enable plugin for create applications logs.
But, when I trying to configure/manage app, Jira redirects me to the home page.
