Hey there, since the latest upgrade to the latest jira 4.0.2, it appears that my equipment label template does not work anymore. I do not get a print button. Any idea, or if this is a know bug? Was working fine a few weeks ago. As you can see below, no print button is displayed. Have tried in both chrome and firefox. Affects all label templates.
i emailed riada and they never got back to me about this and their tickets portal jsut keeps re prompting me to enter the captcha that is never correct.
my only hope is if someone else has the same issue and knows a fix. i see that jira 8.1 just came out so we will try upgrading to that next week.

This was resolved in Insight 7.1.3 (Released April 29th).
Please note that our Support Channel is through https://portal.riada.io.
Not sure where you have sent an email to, but please create a Support request in our Portal - whenever our assistance is required.

yes i already sent you guys an email saying it was fixed back on the 30th of april. Fixed by update. i have been emailing support@riada.se as i always have done in the past.
As i said, your support portal was not functional for at least a month.

Although we had very short downtime (no longer than one hour at a time) our portal was also moved to https://portal.riada.io some time ago.
I would like to recommend that if ever you'll wish to request our support - please log in and create a Support Request directly - so we can better assist you. Please do not rely on an email to create a request.
