Insight used with Xporter

We are currently using both the plugins "Insight" and "Xporter".  The problem is that these two plugins don't seem to play nicely.  We have JIRA projects set up to use Insight custom fields and we would like to use Xporter to export these issues, but the variables used for custom fields in Xporter do not read the Insight Custom fields.  Has anyone been able to get those two plugins to work or does anyone know what variables I would use to read an Insight Custom Field?
