After some tests on our testserver, we're trying to install it on another server, but we're getting this error

What means this error?
If anybody else is having similar problems=>
Our vserver provider doesn't allow JAVA / JAVA Applications with their cheepest package.:D
After they activated this for our account, we were able to finish the installation.

It may be something difference between the two servers, you may check if the server you're seeing this issue matches JIRA requirements and if the .bin file is not corrupted:
