Installed plug in spins

i installed the plug in and it worked. I am on VPN and the it connects, but just spins

welcome to the community.

Which plugin are you referring to? Does it work without the VPN connection? Does it need any kind of access to external services that might not be reachable out of the VPN network

it is the Jira cloud plug in for excel. It worked when I was local. But says it has connected, and then spins when i am on VPN , I am not able to get back in the office to test local.

I can get to jira from Teams and also the internet
