Installing Tempo Cloud

We are trying to install Tempo for Timesheet to our Jira Cloud software. we receive the below error message.

Installation failed. Dependencies could not be installed. (The app host returned HTTP response code 401 when we tried to contact it during installation. Please try again later or contact the app vendor.)

The last time i encountered this type of error in Cloud, it required a ticket to Atlassian to fix an issue on the backend of our Jira instance.
