Instant Subtasks?

Hey all,

I've created a subtask template with a couple of standard subtasks that apply to all user stories. Is there a way to instantly assign these whenever a new user story is created?

Do you want to automatically create and assign sub-tasks anytime a user story is created? Or do you want to instantly assign manually created sub-tasks?

You can do this using the Power Scripts add-on.

There is a video tutorial walking you through in detail here.

You will need to trigger this via a postfunction when the story is created.

I had a similar case and i used the create on transition add-on for this requirement

There might be other add-ons providing similar feature which can be used. one example is Jira workflow toolbox
