Integrate Jira Cloud with MS Teams-Personal Notification is not received unless tag the person

1)Installed Jira cloud with MS Teams for Team/channel

2)Turn on personal notification

3)Created Jira Spike from Team channel .

4)Added comment in Jira Spike with out tagging the person who has also notification turned on and the person is also part of the Team channel(step 3)

Actual- Person is not receiving notification

Do we have to tag the person to receive him notification?

Hello,

I believe it is with Teams, when you create a JIRA or perform action related to JIRA
with in teams, notifications are managed on the integration setup
It could also depends on the teams notifications settings

Kindly check the settings to get this corrected
