Hi!
I am trying to integrate Jira Server 7.7.0 with Bitbuckect Cloud but I cannot find a way to synchronize Jira.
I have the conection created as it says in the documentation https://support.atlassian.com/bitbucket-cloud/docs/connect-bitbucket-cloud-to-jira-software-server/
The webhook for the repositorios is not created automatically but we do it manually and we get a 200 status code of the response but when we check Jira it is not synchronized.
Apparently Jira 7.7.0 is not compatible with Bitbucket Cloud. The solution we found is to upgrade Jira to version 7.13.13 where DVCS is fixed.
We used this documentation to do the migration to 7.13.13 instead of 8.13 and it worked perfectly and all repositories from Bitbucket Cloud synchronized properly.

@mgnavarrete hi! Happy to hear that you've managed to resolve the issue by yourself. :) Anyway, in case you have to connect the two again and decide to try another approach (using a 3rd party), feel free to explore ZigiOps. It allows for two-way integration (transfer and keep synced data), and it's fast and completely no-code. It supports the latest versions of each of the connected systems - anytime a new version is available, the tool upgrades. Feel free to book a meeting with our team, if you're interested in seeing how it makes the integration.
