Integration jira to slack

I want to link jira app in slack to make 'jira create issue' possible in slack.

1. To do this, it seems that I need to allow all AWS IP (slack) permissions in the jira internal network and authenticate by inputting jira id and pw. May I know how it is saved?

2. What kind of issues will occur when communication is performed using the socket method? Additionally, are there any examples of using this method?

3. Is there another way? Or are there any examples?
