Integration of Test Tools and Jira

I would like to know if you can associate a Jira project within the TestLodge tool, as I am not able to associate the two tools. I have the free versions of both tools, can that be? And inside the tool Jira has a project created, I just can't see the projects when I search for the TestLodge test tool. Could you help me?

If I understand correctly you are trying to integrate Jira with TestLodge but the integration is not working. Is this correct?

If this is correct, then we need to know the steps you are following to integrate the 2 tools, what is not working and if any error is returned.

In above links, I can see that you are asked to provide Jira URL, username and password. This can actually be the problem since basic authenticatio with username and password has been removed since June 2019 already. For details see:

  If you currently rely on a script, integration, or application that makes requests to Jira Cloud with basic or cookie-based authentication, you should update it to use basic authentication with an API token, OAuth, or Atlassian Connect as soon as possible.

Can you please try to use email address and API Token to authenticate into Jira and let me know if this solves the issue?
