Integration to Slack - Manage in DMs

Hey team, after reading through the documentation: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-work-management/docs/integrate-jira-cloud-and-slack/

 I'm wondering if it is possible to use /jira manage in DMs somehow. I saw the prompt to use @[deleted] but then when I typed the manage action, nothing came up.. Thanks!

In the future could we also look into managing queue's from Slack?

I know your question is open for a long time but I will try to respond so other users may refer to this answer.

Unfortunately, the "manage" command in Slack is only available in Slack Channels. This command cannot be used in DMs.
