Interdependence between stories

Hello to all I would like to know if is possible to create a interdependence between two stories for exemplo:

I have the story A with 5 sub-tasks
and
Another story B with 2 sub-tasks

I would like to block the story B to start only when all the 5 sub-tasks of story A be concluded.

Creating a condition:

Story A ---> (5 sub-tasks concluded) ---> Unlock Story B
if the 5 sub-tasks is not completed then the story B will not be unlocked.

Can you please elaborate what do you mean by "block the story B"?

Does this mean that the Story B can be moved to a particular status like "In Progress" only when all the sub tasks of Story A are "Done" and the Story A has transitioned to a specific status like "Done"?

Yes, this mean that the story B only will be available when the all the subtasks from the  Story A be complete with all the status done
