Hello Community!
I'm a researcher at Atlassian, and we are looking for JIRA software users to interview about a new feature! Do you answer the below questions?
- Do you use / view Sprint Reports to track your team's productivity?
- Does your team respond/handle on-call incidents?
If so, we would love to ask you some questions and explore some new designs.
What’s involved in the research?
Sessions are 1 hour and conducted over video-conference, so you can participate from anywhere around the globe.
During the research, we'll start with a general chat to get to know you, then, you'll explore a prototype and complete some tasks. There are no right or wrong answers!
As a token of our appreciation, you'll receive an e-gift card worth $120 USD within 5 days of completing your session.
If you're interested in taking part and meet the above criteria, please reply to this post or email me directly (mkaestel@atlassian.com), and we can chat further about details.
Cheers,
Mathias K
Product Growth at Atlassian
Hi Mathias,
This sounds very interesting and I'm intrigued. I use sprint reports to track productivity (and to report progress to management), and my team also manages on-call requests. We do have a mix of development items for which we can plan (and Scrum is a good fit), and on-call incidents that can happen at any time (for which Kanban seems a better fit). We use a Scrum board because this way we can get the sprint report, but it's not perfect for us. I'd love to hear more and to participate in your session, if possible. I'm sending you an email as well. Thanks!
Thanks for your reply and interest! I have replied to your email with more details. Speak soon and thanks
