Invalid APP license

I did purchased the X-Ray Jira and was using same but somehow project got hold and my subscription went inactive  , how can i add license again without loosing data into it .

Hello Vivek,

Since you are in Cloud you will have to subscribe to the Xray App in the Marketplace. The DB from Xray is hosted in their servers, I know they retain the data if you do not state that you want to remove it so it should be there but maybe there is a retention policy in place that allow them to unilaterally erase the data after certain time.
