I've renewed my Jira License.

When trying to update the License in the Instance i am asked to update the ServerID.

I copy and paste ther Server ID from my instance which is in the format

xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx

I am then told

"Invalid Server ID - Please try copying and pasting the Server ID directly from the product."

Which is exactly what I did.

Are you sure this is your server ID?

Server ID is usually in the form: XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX
