Invalid filter ID in user preferences

Frank Weismantel August 28, 2016

We are getting sometimes after updating an issue, a spinning wheel on the screen which is running endless.
I took a look in the logs and found the following exception:

2016-08-29 07:55:54,647 http-nio-8080-exec-17 WARN weismantelf 475x131183x1 kkmnsl 10.10.3.30 /secure/AjaxIssueAction!default.jspa [c.a.j.i.search.util.SearchPropertiesManager] Invalid filter ID in user preferences:

java.lang.RuntimeException: There is no ID mapped for the user key 'alvesg'

The user alvesg exists in the user accounts. Can anybody tell me who I can solve this problem ?
