I'm an ORG ADMIN, inviting 2 new users to the team.
Invitation emails are not received.
Could be blocked by our email server.
We have whitelisted Atlassian domains listed on
But invitation emails are still not received.

If you’ve whitelisted Atlassian domains but invitations still aren’t arriving, try the following steps:
1. Have new users check their spam or junk folders, as invitations may be filtered there.
2. Resend invitation" to trigger a new email.
3. Consult your IT team to ensure that Atlassian's IP addresses are not blocked by firewalls or security settings.
If issues persist, contact Atlassian Support for assistance; they can verify the status of the invitations and identify any other problems.

You should open a support ticket with Atlassian to check if the email address is on their Suppression List.
