When creating a test session, there's a button at the top to invite others, the autocomplete works and shows other users in our system, but it never send any email, I monitored the mail queue but nothing is added...
Looking at BON-1023, it appears that this feature is not part of the JIRA Capture product. Please Vote for that issue to let Development know it's important to you.
Same here. Additionally we are experiencing an issue with invited users not being allowed to participate in the sessions to which they have been invited. Elevating permissions/group assignments has no affect.

Couple of things you need to check on this:

1) Enabled
2) Test mail works, we receive all mail from Jira
3) The email address are valid also
Still, we don't receive anything from the Test Session.
If we check the mail queue, nothing appears, looks like the invite don't send anything.
