The form to invite user nowadays is the same below.

That's why probably, you are not finding it the same way as before.

Dear all,

I am new administrator and I would like to send an invitation to several users with a special llink (token).

I do not find this facility despite it is written in the documentation.  clearly see the screenshot Gabriela showed in her answer, but it seems we cannot have the token anymore. 

May I have any help on that ?
