Is Oracle 19c compatible with JIRA 7.10x?

We're going to be upgrading our JIRA oracle database from 12c to 19c.  Our JIRA software is running an older version (v.7.10x).  Would upgrading to Oracle 19c be compatible with our JIRA version?

Only 12c R1 is supported.

I would not recommend running an unsupported database version.
