Is Xray possible to be used in intranet?

We have jira in intranet and we want to add Xray

I get a trial version and license key and send both into the intranet

But it keep saying the key is invalid. Does it require access to internet to verify the key?

Jira doesn't need a connection to the Internet to verify licenses. Can you show us the full error message?

Well I am using Chinese version. It says make sure the license key including line break is the same with the info provided. I am sure they are the same.
