In the Burndown chart, Can the tickets which are in In-Progress also be considered
The burndown is tracking the completion of tasks at the start of the sprint by plotting the dates done and story points achieved against a straight-line guide line plot based on work added to the sprint.
So the area below the line can be thought of as work outstanding and above is work completed.
If you want to see the effect of work logged but not yet completed and plotted I think you will have to adjust your sprint planning to breakdown the work into smaller plottable completions.
Hi @shivakumar B M,
Yes, but only if you set the estimation statistic of your board to Remaining estimate and time spent (in Board Settings > Estimation)
When you use story points / issue count an issue is only considered done when it reaches the rightmost column of your board. In these cases, there is no partial burndown available: when an issue is done, it is considered to be delivered in full. As long as its not, nothing is delivered at all.
Hope this helps!
