Is draw.io plugin is free for cloud hosting service.

we are using for company hosted JIRA portal for internal tracking, do we have free install version option available for us.

if yes please confirm the same, so that we can use the same.

one more concern, while doing installation, I have found that it can store date on another server & can do delete the JIRA, write data to JIRA & Read the JIRA.

I'm not sure, but, they need confirmation to interact with JIRA saying what they'll need to do.
